artan & i just got home from seward park and the furry 5k fun run. i was impressed with him! he made it the whole 3+ miles without fussing or even slowing down much.
given our jogging history, i fully expected to walk/jog him around 13+ minute miles. he’s the prince of distraction.

today stacey and i both had grilled pear salads and apologized for old roommate things we did to each other that happened over 5 years ago (again). she bought me a shirt that has robots, hearts, and rockets on it and i validated her parking.

i had one of those runs this evening that reminded me of what it felt like when i used to run in high school: fantastic weather, feeling great…if only my left ear bud would just stay in my ear everything would have been perfect.
