i am constantly moving.
if i find myself sitting down i immediately must:
run…bike…do sit-ups…walk…take a picture…make a copy…stretch…do leg-lifts…do lunges…grab a binder…make a phone call…make a folder…eat less of this…go meet with a project manager…be outside…go shopping…anything to keep moving.
i feel like if i sit down for a minute i’m going to sink into a hole [...]
