i’ve been having a hard time sleeping this past week. on top of feeling highly sympathetic towards the local news i’m finding myself having minor anxiety attacks (most likely stress-related coupled with muscle strain - i’ve been on a few long rides this week). but it’s manifesting itself in my neck and jaw. tension pain [...]
so wow, it’s kind of hot out.
i don’t do hot well. i tend to hiss when i get put outside as it is…but for some reason i think this summer is going to be different.
