“nice guy” is murdered, now everyone knows he was a swinger

king 5 somehow got ahold of a juicy tidbit about the murdered coach jeremy scully. apparently the guy was a swinger, with a profile on adultfriendfinder.com. police are looking into whether or not this swinger thing had anything to do with his being drug off into the woods to be murdered.

oh jackpot king 5. i’m really glad you’re put that little passive-aggressive snipe in the loving mourning family piece so i can feel like a jackass for reading it.

if i’m brutally murdered, i want everyone to know that i’m a dirty dirty girl for any of my various indiscretions too and i probably deserved it because i’m so dirty and didn’t go to church every sunday. but it’s ok because my family still loves me.

fuck.

EDIT:

from KOMO -

Jeremy Scully, who has not been seen since Thursday, was a member of an adult sex Web site, investigators said.

Skagit County Chief Deputy Will Reichardt said members of the legal site met others online in order to meet for sex.

and then

An autopsy Scully died of a gunshot wound to the head. Detectives believe robbery may have been the motive.

so…does it matter if he’s a swinger, if the motive was robbery?

and then the P.I. which mentioned the connection far more gracefully than the other seattle media site:

Investigators are checking whether his killing is linked to an adult networking Web site where he had a profile, AdultFriendFinder.com.

The world is an interesting place. Honestly, I think swinging is perfectly healthy. It’s not for everyone. It’s probably not for me. But I don’t think less of those people. Compared to all the sleazy married people who cheat, swingers are saints.

y’know… it could be that a bunch of people that are in the news reporting industry are also people who frequent online sex meet ups… and this is there way of getting the info out into the wild.

I agreed with what you said at first then thought about it and read their posts, and well… it was more a “hey…look out, you might answer one of these and the peeps may be sinister.”

so….

I dunnknow… maybeee not needed to diss…

I’m not sure…

but yeah, they could be being dickish…

i suppose they may be intending to warn rather than crucify, but i’m having a hard time seeing past my evil media filter, dirty laundry yada yada.

and yes blogging is a form of media. hypocrisy abound!

EDIT: i hate how the mainstream news articles on the internet are so copy & paste-pieced together crappy that you get journalistic works of art like this one: http://tinyurl.com/6rm4j2
