j: so this guy was just sitting around bored one day and decided to write a script that would locate a place by leveraging a bunch of modules. which is all fine and good…you’re just writing code that would find something in a table.

j: except this asshat that designed the sql table put locations and capabilities in the same table. which is dumb because you don’t put them in the same table!

Not sure what is lamer… making that fuckup in the abstract sense that you make that fuckup or spending the time to understand the abstraction layer of the fuckup and even really to spend the time to read about it…or writing a bulletin that has an interactive interface to board to assess thigns like that and expend time making comments about, or taking the trap and getting involved and asking about it and then potentially writing about asking about it to the reader who comments on the assessors assessment of the abstraction of the fuckup…or possibly worst yet, to comment on a bulletin board about how much of a waste of time having a bulleting board that assess those things and asking the reader about what was on it.
