back to business
jared’s new buddy, this punk comcast cable installation guy, finally brought the internet to our new condo this morning while i was still nothing but sheets, comforters, limbs and disassociation.
i don’t know how, but i survived this week-long semi-luddite situation with books.
remember books?
whoa…
our friends came over last night, internet-eve, and we played cranium. it was yupp-tacular! seriously though, the healthy screen-less existence is quaint but mildly overrated. oh sure, i’ll get exercise…but even the brand new veridian cove yoga room in all its tranquility has dvd-based instruction.
of i’m being facetious. if i wasn’t as equally addicted to my idiot-screens as they are to me, i would junk the lot of them. no really, i would.
i hope everyone’s thanksgiving holiday was wonderful and filled with family togetherness whether you are family by blood, marriage, or deeper connection. (and as a side-note, if you have too many leftovers, we are accepting donations.)
i’m thankful for the people in my life, and am grateful for our recent streak of positive karma and hopefully i’ll find ways to share that with the people i care about.
take care everyone!
