it is so ours

we’ve gotten our approvals so now pending inspection (probably in october after the unit is near completion) the condo is so ours.

i took some more photos of the model unit, which is the exact layout of our future condo.

i’m pretty excited about this if you can’t tell, this being our first time buying. soon after we move in i’m sure this will wear off, i’ll find something i hate about it and will then shut up. (bear with me).

this is as much of the model unit as i could get into one shot. it doesn’t really do it justice…just kind of emphasizes the red couch they staged. more on flickr if you’re interested.

we have a show in seattle! oct. 24th ish. i’ll get back to you on real dates. i think it’s mid-week, which is dumb…but maybe i could stay through the weekend or something. i’ll call you with more details

looks like it’s the sunset tavern on the 24th. i already emailed chris about maybe staying long enough to hit broken social scene in seattle. our show is midweek..but the other is on the weekend! so we could have play time maybe
