two roads diverged

last night we went to dylan & mary’s bon voyage bbq. they are moving to manhattan where mary is attending grad school. it was good to see everyone, there were so many people there i haven’t seen since halloween…and before that since college ended.

i’m actally amazed that everyone was able to stay in touch well as this. so many people just naturally migrated to seattle after school (and seattle truly is a little big city.)

though i’ve only seen dylan a few times since 2004, and we’ve settled into our separate lives, his leaving washington is the end of an era. it’s strange to really think about all of the people that i met through dylan and the years following. between my friends erin & dylan i met the majority of the people i would spend nearly every day with for several years.

so here’s hoping that dylan and mary make it big in new york…and here’s to wherever we all go from here.
